Costs

The Study Abroad Program is designed to be within the financial reach of most DePaul students. Total costs are comparable to what might be spent taking regular courses at DePaul and living in a university residence hall or apartment.

  • Students pay regular DePaul tuition for each study abroad program—plus an additional program fee to cover round-trip transportation (for short-term programs only), housing, course instruction, excursions, administrative costs, medical insurance, and, in some cases, a meal plan.

  • The program fee ranges depending on the program length, transportation costs and the cost of living in the host country.

  • Since the value of the dollar is continually changing, actual program fees may vary from those listed in each program brochure.

  • The tuition and program fee are applied to your student account during the quarter or quarters that you are registered for your study abroad courses.

  • Please contact the Study Abroad Program office for more information.
